Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa - NEW OPENING

Aesthetically beautiful, very organic yet chic, elegant without being pretentious. Designed beautifully leaving you feeling at peace in your environment, comfortable elegance. Exactly like the pictures! The team, from the amazing ladies at reception, the attentive management team, the restaurant team, the spa team (excellent massage!) the concierge, the pool team (thank you to David) very friendly and professional, warm people. Of course we had some teething issues with it being a soft opening but everything was resolved to our satisfaction and more, and our overall experience was exceptional here. This is effortless, affordable luxe with fabulous people in a wonderful location with views to die for! Thank you to the Purobeach team for a wonderful stay! We will definitely return! Xx

The ratio of price and quality at Santa Ponsa Club is clearly excellent. Regarding the location, the view of the sea from the accommodation, especially from the terrace in front of the restaurant, is stunning. However, to reach the beach, you need to pass 228 steps. The walk to the beach takes about 12-15 minutes, but the hotel offers a free shuttle that runs every hour, which takes about 5 minutes. However, it can only transfer about 10 guests, so sometimes you may have to wait longer for the shuttle. The hotel has two pleasant pools (one of which is a so-called spa pool), suitable for both children and adults. It's not the warmest, but it provides a pleasant refreshment on hot days. The apartments are spacious, the bathroom is renovated, but the furniture including the bed is older, and the extra bed is not the most ideal for an adult. The rooms are cleaned every day. We were very satisfied with the food selection, and I think it partly surpasses a *** hotel class. The staff is friendly and smiling. The biggest bonus upon departure was the option for a check-out at 12:00, storing luggage in the luggage room, and the possibility to use all the hotel services until departure (in our case until 17:30). Overall, I recommend this accommodation for those looking for an excellent balance of quality and price.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good food, ablotnof infant seats in the restaurant, nice and quiet environment, big and clean rooms, two pools, shuttle to the beach, overall you get more that you pay for (we stayed here in June).

To much to type, staff was very happy to help all the time, bar staff was funny and happy one bar man stood out the most (Chencho) he stood out the most as he enteracted with the customers the most and was always joking with the customers, Rooms very clean and big, cleaners very happy to come back if you was just finishing getting ready, one down side the ac didn't work to our needs we was told it was to cold outside for it to work 🤔 Site pool a tad cold but what would you expect in October
